Here you can see some photos of the stages involved in installing a mezzanine made of laminate fir wood, from the fitting of the beams that constitute the main and secondary structure to the parquet finish. The main beams are fixed to the walls using iron brackets specially made for the job. These can be painted with any of the RAL colours.
The video shows laser cutting the sheet metal for parts of our Atena staircases which are custom made for each client. In the first image you can see how the various pieces to be cut are arranged on the sheet metal - “nesting”. The laser cuts precisely as they are laid out in the nesting and the various pieces are then finished and if necessary welded in order to avoid there being visible screws.
